Member Relations

Tejas takes pride in providing quality services to our community. As a member, you are encouraged to read through your rights and responsibilities. However, if you are unsatisfied with any services you receive, you have the right to be heard. A Tejas representative will work with you to understand your needs and follow a streamlined process in order to evaluate each situation.


Anyone authorized to act on behalf of a Tejas member or provider can file an appeal for denials.


If you believe your rights have been violated by a Tejas provider, you have the right to file a complaint.
