Provider Complaints

The provider complaint process gives providers an opportunity to express dissatisfaction with Tejas services or staff. The purpose of the complaint process is to achieve resolution of complaints and to facilitate provider satisfaction, pursuant to Tejas regulations and policy.

A provider may submit a formal complaint on the following matters: ,

  • For conflict resolution (communication/ relationship barriers),
  • To report inappropriate or illegal behavior and/or treatment of any Tejas representative(s); and/or
  • For any other area of dissatisfaction
