Provider Training

All Tejas providers and employees are required to complete training so that we may continue to provide quality services to our members.

These courses include information regarding:

  • Cultural Competence
  • Disaster Preparedness
  • Federal False Claims Act
  • State Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act
  • Whistleblowers Act
  • Deficit Reduction Act
  • Tejas Policies

Curriculum reviews are due before or within one month of Network Approval or Employment Effective date and annually thereafter.

Corporate Compliance PDF Document

Cultural Competency PDF Document
This class focuses on skills for effective interaction with people of different cultures.

Disaster Preparedness PDF Document
This course provides training on what to do before, during and after a potential disaster.
